Gateways works to enable students to achieve their potential, within a warm environment that includes peers, and family.

Access to the Torah for All, The Jewish Advocate
Gateways endeavors to make the simcha of Bar or Bat Mitzvah available to our students in a meaningful way. We work with the family and their synagogue, striving to find just the right program for the student, taking into account his or her abilities and challenges.
Volunteer Appreciation Event
Gateways was delighted to honor our teen volunteers at the first event of its kind on May 28th, at Hebrew College. Close to 100 people - volunteers (past and present), their families, staff and board members, and friends and professional colleagues - shared memories, an Israeli buffet, and heard the inspiring words of Rabbi Mark Sokoll, CEO of the Greater Boston JCCs.

One Volunteer's Experience
Our teen volunteers are transformed by their experience working with our students. Over 50 teens, aged 15-18, mentor students in our Jewish Education Sunday Program and our teen Mitzvah Mensches Program on Wednesday evening.
